Snoozing Alerts and Alarms on Your Pump

If the snooze feature is set up for your pump, you can use the Pump button to silence active alerts or alarms for up to 30 minutes.

When you snooze an alert, the pump will not beep or vibrate until the set snooze duration has passed.

To snooze an alert:

1. Press the Pump button quickly three times.
2. The pump will beep/vibrate and the pump status lights will illuminate green when an alert or alarm is snoozed successfully.

To set up the snooze feature from the Tandem Mobi mobile app, perform the following steps.

1. From the Navigation bar, tap Settings.
2. Tap Alerts & Sounds.
3. Tap Pump Sounds.
4. Tap Snooze.
5. Set your desired snooze duration.
6. Tap Save.
